Shipping, Refund & Return Policy
We work to bring you responsibly sourced natural gemstones artisan-crafted into beautiful jewelry pieces to make you stand out. Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
All orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Our products are shipped via USPS First Class Mail through our fulfillment center, Servientrega. The USPS package includes insurance.
Our refund and returns policy is valid within 30 days from when the items were shipped. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To request a refund, follow these steps:

Box your item up securely, in the original packaging, if possible.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
